Spring, Summer, Fall and winter. We take time out of our busy lives to stand together and honour the turning of the wheel. All of nature; earth, air, water and fire - everything that surrounds you, is also in you. Connect with these natural elements and find their qualities of groundedness, inspiration, flow and passion in you and in your life. This year Full Bloom will hold celebrations on the quarters of Equinox and Solstice. With tantilizing workshops, celebratory dance and marvelous food.

Cost: $30 or 2 for $50.
The class begins with a "sacramental" offering of raw chocolate. Homemade from organic cocao and sweetened with honey. Sensations are tracked as the full expression of the chocolate works its way from the mouth through the body in a gentle hatha asana practice.
Pure raw chocolate is good for your health and has been linked to a longer, happier life.
Developing your Home Yoga Practice

A workshop to explore the difficulties and delights of setting up a hatha yoga practice at home. Develop a practical plan to begin and enrich your practice and deepen your experience of yoga.
Year to Live

A year-long experience of healing, joy and revitalization of the life we have chosen to live. Also, an opportunity to resolve our denial of death as well as our denial of life. We meet monthly to check-in on this year of reflection, meditation and inlumination. Based on the work of Stephen Levine.
Yoga for Athletes

Learn important sport psychology skills to greatly improve your performance and enjoyment. Strengthen your mind/body connection with a gentle yoga practice. Reduce potential injury and soreness due to training.
